An Apple a Day…

(along with some of his buddies) CAN keep the doctor away when it comes to keeping your heart healthy. A satisfying and scrumptious list of goodies, your heart will love, came across my screen the other day…so I thought I would share them with you. They are:

Apples, Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas), Almonds, Blueberries, Dark Chocolate (I like that one), Grapes, Figs, and Walnuts.

So the next time you hit the grocery store, farmer’s market, or local fruit-stand…grab an apple and some of his pals – your heart will thank you.
