Blood in Water?

So is it really blood in the water at the OC Fisher reservoir in Texas? Well, maybe a little. But that’s certainly not what caused the whole lake to look like blood. It’s red because of the bacteria that’s taken over because of all fish that have died due to the low levels of water in lieu of the drought that’s reeking havoc over there. Anyway, it reminded me that our own blood is really mostly composed of water – approx 90% to be more exact. And if you have never had your blood tested – now might be a good time. No, not because it may be “the end times” but because it’s a good thing to do.

It can give you a good idea about your overall health. There are three major areas it will cover – White Blood Cell Count, Red Blood Cell Count, and a Platelet count. Each can indicate various issues like a general infection,  bone marrow disorder, anemia, and even cancer.
