Breakfast is #1!

In a rush? No time to sit and eat anything for breakfast? Well, study after study suggests that you should at least eat something. So it turns out you don’t need to have two eggs, hash browns, bacon and some orange juice & coffee to make a breakfast – grabbing a piece of fruit and/or a granola bar “on the run” will certainly suffice. The main goal here (if you are in a hurry) is to switch your body into gear after a good nights rest…and eating something in the morning will take care of that. Otherwise, you are forcing your body into a fasting period it’s not prepared for.

So waking up late for work may indeed get your heart pumping…just don’t forget to eat something to replenish that energy spent rushing around to get you there – your body will thank you.
