I guess it makes sense. I have two cats myself and I have to say, when either one crawls up on my lap to snuggle in for a nap and starts purring…I can’t help but start to relax too. And ever since I was a kid, I’ve always had a dog so I was quite active running and taking them for walks – which is yet more activities that will help keep your heart in great shape!
So whether you’re a cat person or a dog person or both – go give them a great big hug and thank them for helping improve your health and for being your hearts “best friend” (and I would give them a special treat too)!
