Non Fat Greek Yogurt: A good source of probiotics which as much as 8 grams or more of protein per serving.
Old Fashioned Oatmeal: Helps manage cholesterol.
Oranges: A good of vitamin C. Vitamin C has been shown to help the body burn fat, prevent colds, and stimulate collagen production.
Pumpkin: The antioxidants in pumpkin can keep skin healthy, while potassium helps lower blood pressure.
Quinoa: Is a complete protein, and offers the same energy and satiety you would get from meat, without fat or cholesterol.
Salmon: Has omega-3 fatty acids that may improve mood and keep your skin looking healthy.
Sardines: Is full of protein as well as vitamins D and B12, it is also an excellent source of calcium and omega-3 fatty acids.
Skim Milk: It offers nine essential nutrients including calcium, B vitamins, and vitamin D.
Spinach: Is a good source of iron, folate, and at least a dozen flavonoids (compounds that are high in antioxidants).
Sweet Potatoes: Are a good source of beta-carotene.
