High Iron Foods

Are you worried that you are getting a diet with to much iron in it. Or vice versa, you don’t think you are getting enough iron. Well here is a list of foods that are high in iron that you should avoid if you have too much iron, and foods you should eat if you are not getting enough:

-Pork liver
-Beef
-Shrimp
-Sardines
-Turkey
-Beef Liver

-Pumpkin and Pumpkin seeds
