Well, the jig is up – a new scientific study has been done and is out for the “cheating” public to view. In it, the researchers found that patients (mostly males) with a previous heart condition have a much higher risk of a heart attack during sex…if that person is having an affair when participating in said sex.
So it’s pretty simple guys (especially those with a current heart condition), don’t cheat on your spouse. It just may cause many more problems for you than the affair itself could i.e. STDs, pregnancy, emotional stress etc, etc.
If you would like to keep track of your heart’s health, you can easily test your Cholesterol levels through TestMeHealth.com. Knowing your HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) and LDL (Low Density Lipoprtein) levels will help you determine your real risk for heart disease. Typically, you want to look for LDL levels under 160 and HDL levels over 40. Those numbers change though with the number of risk factors you may have. Those include: High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, Smoking, Diabetes, Family History, and Old Age. Also, it is found that men are generally at a higher risk for heart disease than women to begin with.
Hmmm, maybe that’s because they’re doing more things that are unhealthy for them?
