Summer is here and we usually want to do as much as possible and have a good time doing it. To accomplish that though, it often takes Planning and Sleeping. As much fun as planning a outing/adventure can be – a little planning and some heavy sleeping may be needed to make sure you are fully prepared for the activities ahead. Sleep deprivation can lead to poor concentration and judgement which is when accidents start to happen. It can also take a toll on your health. So taking in a fun adventure from dusk til dawn and into the late hours of the night could lead to issues during the fun and even into the next day if you don’t plan on sleeping your daily needed 7-9 hours. So, the next time you surprise your friends and/or family members with a fun activity to do over the summer – be sure to send them a PS note: Please get plenty of rest as we want to have as much fun as possible!
