Yes, testing is confidential. Your identity and test results will be disclosed only to the healthcare providers we arrange or you designate, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and to you. A visit to the doctor's office is not required, and results will not be shared with your doctor or your insurance company without your specific consent. As an added measure to protect your privacy, we use "HT Services" as the identifier in our emails and credit card processing. We will provide a secure and private link for your account information and your test results. It is your responsibility to keep your password and your personal information code confidential.
